Lishen Battery 2024 Q3 Marketing Analysis Meeting Convened

Lishen Battery held 2014 Q3 marketing analysis meeting on 22 October. The meeting was to comprehensively summariz e  the work in  three quarters, intensively analyze current situation  and key tasks of Q4 and plan upcoming works. Heads of Li shen B attery attended the meeting.

It was  stressed that the meeting was an important one to implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee , put all measures in place and deepen reform. All members of Lishen Battery should be  goal-oriented  and refine measures on the basis of profound analysis . Focus should be on market research, R&D, quality uplifting and cost reduction, compliance, risk control and team building in all efforts to promote key projects and key tasks, to truly make progress and  achievements  in Q4 and finally complete all works by end of the year.

Z hang Qiang, deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager  of Lishen Battery, made remarks in the meeting. He said We should be confident in completing 2024 budget and develop 2025 budget and plan key works in line with the principle of "seeking truth from facts and leading with high goal." He stressed the following: the first is to grasp  market opportunities, expand overseas market, enhance market research and adjust marketing strategies accordingly; the second is to take scientific research and innovation as priority , liberate our  mind, strengthen exchange with scientific research institutes and other industries  and  promote rapid upgrading of  basic research and development capabilities, closely follow up  core projects, core products and core customers ; the third is  to continuously improve  product quality, increase  the assessment of product through-rate and achieve “ double return to zero  of technical and management incident; the fourth is  to increase  cooperation with top  supplier s , optimize procurement process  and adopt flexible  procurement strategy in line with  product positioning ; the fifth is to keep close eye s  on  the progress and quality of production line s  under construction and R&D  projects, pay attention to new team building and carry out lean whole cycle management; the sixth is to maintain compliant business, intensify supervision and check, effectively prevent and control risks ; the seventh is to foster strategic guidance,  plan the works and s trive for effective breakthrough in overseas expansion, industrial chain extensio n  and capital operation ; the eighth is to  strengthen HQ building and improve the executive power and comprehensive ability of the members of the management and cadres at all levels.

Q3 business situation of the companies invested by Lishen Juyuan, Suzhou Lishen, Lishen Superelectric and Wuhan Lishen was reported in the meeting.

The meeting was held “offline + online video”. Assistant level heads, HQ department directors of Lishen Battery, members of Lishen Juyuan management, members of Suzhou Lishen management and heads of Wuhan Lishen and Lishen Superelectric attended offline meeting, heads of Suzhou Lishen and Wuhan Lishen departments and backbone members attended on-line video meeting.
