Mao Dawei, assistant to general manager of Lishen Battery, and executive director of Tianjin Juyuan New Energy Tech Co., Ltd (Tianjin Juyuan), attended review meeting on R&D projects of Tianjin Juyuan on 5 July. The meeting was to review current R&D projects, analyze R&D challenges and explore solution and improvement, providing directive and support to R&D in next stage.
In the meeting, heads of system sector team and product sector team reported on their respective work, analyzed from different aspects current problems and work methodology, raised the specific improvement plans, which identified polymer R&D targets.
Mao Dawei stressed the following: 1. Be centered around product strategy, focus on project target, prepare plan and evaluation, mobilize resources to key projects. R&D team is to uplift market ideology, be customer oriented, build basic match system, identify task time milestone, develop modules. 2. Be problem oriented, sort out the structure and process, optimize management, figure out system R&D-product R&D relationship, upgrade research management efficacy. 3. Build team work, stimulate team action and innovation, unit R&D team intelligence and strength, build “unity, efficiency, endeavor” team work culture and devote to consumer sector.
The meeting was held on line and off-line. Heads of Tianjin Juyuan R&D department, project management office and R&D backbones attended the meeting.
