Project in Tianjin “New Energy ·Foster Kinetic Energy” , A Key Institute -Municipality Cooperative Scheme, Lishen Battery Led to Undertake, Passed Inspection
“Technical Research and Application of New High Specific Energy Power Battery and Key Material, a project of Tianjin “New Energy ·Foster Kinetic Energy”, an Institute -Municipality Cooperative Scheme, Lishen Battery led to undertake, passed completion inspection and evaluation.
Tianjin Science and Technology Evaluation Center, appointed by Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Bureau, organized specialists to inspect and evaluate “Technical Research and Application of New High Specific Energy Power Battery and Key Materials”, a project of Tianjin “New Energy ·Foster Kinetic Energy”, an Institute -Municipality Cooperative Scheme. Lishen Battery led to undertake the project. The move is to conclude the research on the subject. Specialists from Tianjin University, Tianjin University of Technology, CETC 18th Institute, Tianjin Guoan Mengguli (MGL) and Tianjin Lixin Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. inspected the project on conclusion.
Base R&D Department of Lishen R&D Technology Center reported comprehensively research details and accomplishment in the meeting. The project is centered around key materials of battery, cell R&D and research on battery thermal runaway mechanism. Multi-dimensional anode material riveting technology, silicon carbon composite cathode material technology and topological conductive agent and binder technology were applied in the research and high specific energy, long circulation and high safety power battery was developed and manufactured as the result. The specific energy of individual cell is over 350Wh/kg, circulation is over 1000 times@80% under normal temp. It also passed safety test required by GB38031-2020. The application of power battery in new energy vehicle and electric flight vehicle has been achieved.
Specialists reviewed relevant document of the project according to relevant regulations. After questioning and discussion, the expert panel reached consensus that the research specified in Terms of Reference (TOR) of the project “Technical Research and Application of New High Specific Energy Power Battery and Key Materials” had been completed, the project was in line with indicators for performance evaluation and thus agreed on the research taking over.
The meeting was organized by General Affairs Office of Lishen Battery and convened in the manner of spot evaluation. Representatives of expert panel, Tianjin Science and Technology Evaluation Center, Lishen Battery R&D Technology Center, Institute of Process Engineering of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tianjin BTR, Hebei University of Technology and CNTNRC test center attended the meeting.
